Job summary

Polacheck's Jewelers Calabasas is seeking an exceptional Office Administrator and Receptionist to embody luxury client experience from the first impression. This full-time role serves as the face and voice of the boutique, handling service intake, client communications, and front-of-house operations.

You will manage service intake for watches and jewelry, coordinate delivery of completed work, and support a premium environment with professional polish and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and calmly handling pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage all incoming calls with warmth and professionalism.
• Document client information, item details, and service needs for watch and jewelry requests.
• Coordinate delivery of completed services to clients.
• Serve as primary contact for service inquiries, updates, and follow-ups.
• De-escalate client concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Maintain a luxury-standard reception area and front-of-house operations.
• Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
• Identify needs and take initiative without prompting.
