FASHIONPHILE is recruiting a Retail Keyholder to support daily store operations in Carlsbad, CA. You will lead by example, deliver outstanding service, handle cash, and assist in merchandising and inventory control.

The role requires previous retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following company procedures and safety protocols.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and meeting sales goals.
• Support daily operations including cash handling, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Act as a point of contact for associates, guiding and resolving issues during shifts.
• Assist in training and onboarding new teammates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Foster a positive team environment and recognize performance.
