Job summary

Reiss is seeking a Concession Manager for our Bloomingdale's concession in Tyson's Corner, VA. This full-time role focuses on achieving targets, delivering commercial and operational excellence, and leading a team to provide a personalised and premium customer experience.

You will plan long-term concession goals, manage operations, control stock to minimise loss, and recruit and develop talent while ensuring promotions and merchandising standards are met.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in a similar size operation.
• Passion for premium or luxury products; open to all backgrounds.
• Proven track record of increasing business performance.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong visual and commercial product management skills.
• Ability to flex between customer service, operational, technical and visual elements.
