Job summary

Reiss in San Jose, inside Macy's at Valley Fair Mall, is seeking a Concession Manager to lead our luxury retail concession on a full-time permanent basis. You will drive commercial results, manage operations, stock, promotions, and deliver a personalised customer experience through your team.

Qualifications

• Requires prior retail management experience in a similar size operation.
• Experience delivering premium/luxury product service is a plus.
• Proven track record of improving business performance and customer service through your team.
• Strong visual and commercial product management skills.
• Ability to adapt across customer service, operational, technical and visual aspects.

Responsibilities

• Plan long-term concession goals.
• Manage overall concession operations and performance.
• Lead the concession team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Manage stock levels and stock control to minimise loss.
• Ensure promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are followed.
