Coach is a global fashion house known for its luxury accessories and ready-to-wear. The Lead Cashier at Coach will deliver exceptional service at the cash wrap, drive add-on sales, and uphold Coach Service standards while supporting cash handling accuracy and training junior staff.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as ambassador for Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
