Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional service at the cashwrap, acting as a brand ambassador and supporting team development. The role requires accuracy in cash handling, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including peak times.

We value a minimum of 1+ years in cashier or retail roles, with luxury retail experience preferred, and strong English language proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
