Coach, a global fashion house based in New York and part of the Tapestry family, is hiring a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional service at the cashwrap. You will greet customers, process transactions, and uphold Coach Service standards while supporting team development.

This role requires 1+ years in cashier or retail, luxury retail experience preferred, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and compliance with policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
