Coach is hiring a Lead Cashier at a Coach‑branded store within the Tapestry, Inc. portfolio. You will deliver warm checkout experiences, support the Insider program, and help maintain cash handling accuracy while upholding Coach Service standards.

The position requires 1+ years in retail or cashier work, familiarity with POS and basic computer skills, and strong English language proficiency in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
