Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the cashwrap, uphold Coach Service standards, and act as a brand ambassador during every interaction. This role requires 1+ years in cashier or retail, familiarity with POS systems and mobile tech, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment; strong English skills are essential.

The position offers a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with opportunities to train and mentor other cashiers

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
