Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap and to uphold Coach Service standards. You will act as a brand ambassador, promote the Insider Program, and ensure accuracy in cash handling and policy compliance.

Training junior cashiers and maintaining a well-organized cashwrap are part of the role. The position requires 1+ years in cashier or retail roles, luxury retail experience preferred, and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
