Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier in Austin, TX to deliver premium checkout experiences and uphold Coach Service standards. You will greet customers, process sales and returns, and help train other cashiers in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

The role requires 1+ years in cashier work, strong English, and familiarity with POS and mobile tech. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and peak periods; occasional physical duties apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
