Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the cashwrap. The role acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring friendly service, operational accuracy, and adherence to Coach Service standards while supporting the team.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting add-ons like the Insider Program, processing returns, repairs, and end-of-shift audits; keeping the cashwrap organized and reporting issues; mentoring fellow cashiers to uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
