The position requires flexibility across shifts, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Training will cover policies, procedures, and product knowledge to represent Coach effectively.

Competenze

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Mansioni

• Greet customers warmly and engage at cash wrap.
• Handle cash transactions and process purchases accurately.
• Capture customer information accurately and securely.
• Complete end-of-shift audits and handle returns per policy.
• Maintain cash wrap organization and store cleanliness.
• Promote gift cards and upsell add-ons.
