Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer experience at the cashwrap and support team operations in a luxury retail setting. As a brand ambassador, you will uphold Coach Service standards while handling transactions and assisting customers.

The role requires 1+ years in cashier/retail roles, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English proficiency. Flexible scheduling and a fast-paced environment are expected, with opportunities for training and growth within the Coach

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU)

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout.
• Greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program.
• Promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards.
• Complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean.
• Monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
