Coach plays a pivotal role at the cashwrap, delivering exceptional customer service and upholding Coach Service standards in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. The Lead Cashier assists in team development and ensures operational accuracy during transactions.

The position requires 1+ years in cashier/retail, familiarity with POS systems, strong English, and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
