Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier who delivers exceptional customer experience at the cashwrap. This role maintains operational accuracy, handles cash with care, and acts as a brand ambassador by upholding Coach Service standards.

You will greet customers, process purchases, promote the Insider Program and gift cards, manage returns, and assist in training cashiers to sustain service and efficiency. Schedule includes nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic days; lifting up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
