Job summary

Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional service at the cashwrap while upholding Coach Service standards. The role requires friendly, efficient checkout support and accurate cash handling in a luxury retail environment.

The successful candidate will train and mentor fellow cashiers, process returns and repairs, and promote the Insider Program and add-on sales. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashier or retail roles, luxury retail preferred.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
