Ralph Lauren is seeking Brand Ambassadors to provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience. You will be the entry point for future leadership, focused on customer satisfaction and product knowledge across all touchpoints of the brand.

This role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and adherence to store standards while supporting daily operations and company initiatives. A passion for fashion and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stock, dressing room and offices; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Understand sales objectives and strive to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans with team collaboration.
• Engage customers using Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrate fashion knowledge and styling insights.
• Educate customers on programs and services available.
• Assist in fittings and maintain store standards in all areas.
• Support opening/closing procedures and store operations.
• Assist with floor sets and replenishment activities.
• Participate in training on compliance, products, and company initiatives.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the RL experience and customer satisfaction.
• Give feedback to management on product opportunities and needs.
• Maintain store visuals and adhere to company guidelines.
• Uphold professional work environment and core values.
• Collaborate with colleagues for a cohesive team.
