• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI goals including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, and champion change in an effective manner.

• Train and develop store associates; monitor quarterly goals and provide coaching.
• Coach and provide feedback; foster a 360-degree coaching culture and openness to feedback.

• Maintain visual merchandising guidelines and deliver a superior client experience.
