Job summary

A.L.C. in Beverly Hills is seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a focus on maximizing sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will support the Store Manager, contribute to KPIs, and serve as a brand ambassador through product knowledge and teamwork.

You will coach stylists, drive customer engagement on the sales floor, maintain visual standards, and help execute company policies while developing strong client relationships and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of luxury/contemporary retail management experience.
• Basic computer skills in retail POS system, Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Strong focus on the sales floor and motivating stylists to meet performance standards.
• Provide leadership on the floor through customer engagement and superior service.
• Develop VIP client relations and studio services culture.
• Provide weekly KPI updates to Store Manager and Regional Managers.
• Achieve personal and store sales plan and metrics.
• Mentor sales stylists and assist in developing the team.
• Maintain product knowledge across collections.
• Uphold visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Complete daily paperwork and operational tasks.
• Execute company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
