Acne Studios is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our South Coast Plaza location. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury environment.

You will train in luxury sales, clienteling, and management, with a focus on driving service excellence, sales results, and inventory control. The role requires strong leadership and customer-focus in a dynamic fashion setting.

Formación

• Retail leadership in luxury fashion is preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and sales data.
• Fluent in English; additional languages may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphere.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to drive store performance.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks.
• Support with analysing KPIs and act proactively to implement sales strategies.
• Support with recruiting, training, and leading the team to optimise performance.
