Job summary
Hermès Madison Flagship Boutique is seeking an Assistant Manager, Men's Universe to partner with the Floor Director to drive sales, coach staff, and develop client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will lead daily floor operations, monitor performance, and ensure CRM standards across the team.
The role requires 4+ years in retail management, preferably in luxury, with strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Cegid and E‑time.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of retail management experience, luxury environment preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Cegid and E‑time.
- Strong written and verbal communication; coaching ability.
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate into recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of staff with coaching and training.
- Model exceptional service on the sales floor and uphold Hermès standards.
- Identify sales opportunities via weekly métier reviews and tie to personal goals.
- Lead monthly touch-base meetings and annual performance discussions.
- Ensure CRM standards and daily follow-up for client data quality.
- Manage scheduling, attendance records, and HR coordination.
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing to fill open positions.
- Make critical client and store-running decisions in leadership's absence.
