Reiss is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Bleecker Street store in New York, full-time. You will ensure premium customer service, achieve targets, and drive commercial and operational excellence within a premium retail environment.

You’ll lead by example, train the team, manage daily operations, and support recruitment and reviews while deputizing for the Store Manager when required. Generous benefits and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience at a similar level.
• Premium or luxury product experience desired.
• Proven track record of increasing business performance.
• Strong customer service leadership.
• Strong commercial product management skills.
• Ability to balance customer service, operations, tech, and visual aspects.
• Resilience under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
