You will oversee day-to-day operations, train and inspire the team, participate in recruitment and performance reviews, and deputize for the Store Manager to maintain the highest standards of service and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management at a similar level.
• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Proven track record of increasing business performance.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service through a team.
• Strong commercial product management skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day running of the store.
• Identify opportunities to drive sales and profitability.
• Aim to exceed targeted KPIs.
• Inspire the team with regular service and product training.
• Implement and maintain efficient operational processes and administration.
• Support recruitment and conduct performance/probation reviews.
• Deputize for the Store Manager when required.
