Job summary

MCM is seeking an Associate General Manager to partner with the General Manager in all functions of a luxury retail location. This role supports sales, operations, talent management, clientele development, and merchandising while fostering a positive work environment and customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in store management, are comfortable with analytics, and have a track record in high-end fashion. Willingness to work retail hours and lead a team is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of store management experience, fashion brands may be preferred.
• BA or BS degree
• Experience working with affluent, and luxury brands an asset.
• Experience in maintaining operational excellence in retail stores (payroll, shrink management, inventory management)
• Experience with opening new stores and rollout

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets including both the top and bottom-line results for the respective location.
• Resolve customer issue trends by investigating problems, developing solutions, and coaching staff.
• Training on standard operating procedures; ensure sales associates understand SOPs and impact on the business.
• Monitor inventory planning and maintain metrics such as in-stocks and turnover.
• Maintain loss prevention procedures to minimize loss and increase security in receiving.
