Springer’s Jewelers, a family-owned luxury jeweler, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the sales team on the floor, coach in real time, and ensure every client experience reflects Springer's best. You will partner with the General Manager to turn strategy into daily action, developing people and driving performance in a high-end environment.

This role emphasizes leadership, client relations, and a strong grasp of sales metrics within a trusted luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in luxury or high-end retail environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop others.
• Comfort with tracking and acting on sales metrics daily.
• Strong communication and presence to set team tone.
• Calm under client escalations with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team daily, setting rhythm and momentum on the floor.
• Coach in the moment, provide real-time feedback to develop selling behaviors.
• Own appointment execution and client follow-up to maximize opportunities.
• Track performance daily and direct coaching based on data.
• Deliver luxury client experiences through visible leadership and service recovery.
• Hold regular one-on-ones and development conversations with advisors.
• Partner with General Manager to present a unified message to the team.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, scheduling, and event readiness.
