You will partner with the General Manager to turn strategy into daily action, developing people and driving performance in a high-end environment.

If you love leading people and winning together on the sales floor, this is your role. As Assistant General Manager, you'll lead our sales team day to day - setting the pace, coaching in the moment, and making sure every client who walks through our door's experiences Springer's at its best.

You'll partner side by side with the General Manager as one leadership team, turning strategy into daily action. This is a role for someone who is energized by developing people, driving performance, and executing at a high level in a luxury environment.

CAPABILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCCESS

• Retail leadership experience in a luxury or high-end environment, with a record of driving results through people.
• A genuine passion for coaching and developing others.
• Comfort with sales metrics and the discipline to manage performance daily.
• Strong communication and presence - you set the tone for the team.
• Composure and sound judgment when handling client escalations.
• Proficiency with CRM, POS, and scheduling tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or certifications support success in this role.
