You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance, manage scheduling and store operations, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong coaching and development mindset.
• Comfort with sales metrics and daily performance management.
• Excellent communication and presence on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team daily, setting rhythm and momentum on the floor.
• Coach in real time to develop selling behaviors and client relationships.
• Own appointment execution and client follow-up to capture opportunities.
• Track performance and direct coaching based on data to improve results.
• Oversee scheduling, daily operations, and event readiness to maintain a smooth store operation.
