• Facilitate events at the retail store.
• Stay current on industry trends to maximize sales.
• Maintain visual presentation per company vision and market needs.
• Coach and monitor staff on client outreach and relationship development.
• Ensure store data capture goals are achieved.
• Maintain a luxury, warm environment with correct visual guidelines.
• Provide feedback to staff to develop skills.
• Manage day-to-day sales floor activities and coverage.
• Maintain inventory, stock replenishment, repairs/returns; enforce security.
• Oversee special order requests and store opening/closing in manager's absence.
• Hire and review performance; monthly coaching meetings; KPI alignment.
