Job summary

The Curio Collection by Hilton property in Houston seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring luxury service and guest satisfaction across shifts. This hands-on leader will coordinate floor operations, conduct pre-shift meetings, and align stations with the hotel’s high standards.

You will coach the team, assist with scheduling and training, monitor service standards, and ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a restaurant team in upscale or luxury settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and coach staff.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach team members during shifts.
• Assist with scheduling and training activities.
• Monitor service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Engage with guests to resolve concerns and support service recovery.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Management, Culinary, Bar, and other hotel departments.
• Support inventory management, labor productivity, and cost controls.
