Job summary

• Experience in hotel or facilities engineering is required.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Organized, dependable, and guest-focused with a leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize work orders.
• Support preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and building issues.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely and with minimal guest disruption.
• Train and support team members; monitor quality and completion of tasks.
• Conduct property and equipment inspections and uphold safety standards.
• Communicate maintenance concerns to Engineering leadership.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, Security and other departments.
