Qualifications

• Hotel or facilities engineering experience required.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize work orders for the engineering team.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to uphold brand standards.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building systems.
• Train and mentor engineering staff to ensure high performance.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely and in compliance with safety standards.
