Job summary

EOS Hospitality LLC is seeking a PM Restaurant Server for Embassy Suites Georgetown. You will take orders, serve food, and ensure a warm, efficient dining experience for guests. Responsibilities include upselling appetizers, handling payments, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness during opening/closing side work.

Must perform well under pressure in a luxury dining environment. Candidates should have strong communication, wine knowledge, and a professional demeanor; ServeSafe and TIPs

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years' experience in high volume, luxury lounge or restaurant.
• 1-2 years' hospitality experience with high-profile clients.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, champagnes and
• Previous POS experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high-profile clients and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks at the dining establishment.
• Assist with restocking and cleaning duties during opening/closing side work.
• Handle payment processing and ensure accuracy of checks.
• Maintain a fast-paced, attentive service style and guest satisfaction.
• Recommend appetizers and meals based on menu and specials.
• Address guest concerns promptly with management to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Coordinate with chefs and bartenders for clarifications and timely service.
• Follow cash handling and POS procedures and ensure safety and sanitation policies.
• Set tables and rearrange to accommodate larger parties.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and department policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
