Qualifications

• Minimum one year in foodservice or hospitality.
• Luxury setting experience and knowledge of food and wine preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record guests' reservations and input into OpenTable.
• Assign reservations according to customer requests and restaurant flow.
• Ensure menus are up to date, clean, and marked as free.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and related items.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
