Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Experience managing labor, budgets, and operational performance.
• Proficiency with POS systems and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure service excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house leadership and service teams.
• Ensure adherence to luxury brand service standards and procedures.
• Manage labor scheduling, staffing levels, and productivity.
• Monitor guest flow and table turns to optimize revenue.
• Lead service recovery and address elevated guest concerns.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage leaders on menu execution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Oversee opening, closing, and shift transitions.
• Monitor costs and support inventory controls.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Review guest feedback and metrics to drive improvement.
• Document incidents and operational matters as required.
• Partner with senior leadership on events and promotions.
