Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly in accordance with service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and guest pathways
• Assist servers with pre-bussing, water service, and table maintenance
• Stock and replenish linens, silverware, glassware, and service supplies
• Support service pacing by ensuring tables are guest-ready at all times
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
• Transport dirty dishes and glassware safely to dishwashing areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards consistently
• Communicate table status and guest needs to servers and hosts
• Support banquet and event service execution when scheduled
• Handle service equipment safely and responsibly
• Respond professionally to guest requests and escalating when appropriate
