The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational execution, and financial performance of Vinarosa Resort's restaurant and bar outlets. This role ensures a consistently exceptional guest experience through the delivery of refined service standards, thoughtful hospitality, and strong team leadership. The Restaurant Manager oversees front-of-house operations while partnering closely with culinary and beverage leaders to ensure alignment between service, menu execution, and brand positioning. Responsibilities include labor management, training and development, service recovery, and adherence to all food safety and responsible alcohol service requirements. The position plays a key role in driving revenue, controlling costs, and maintaining operational efficiency. Through visible leadership and accountability, the Restaurant Manager contributes to guest loyalty, team engagement, and long-term asset value.
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods and the ability to support service operations as needed. Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
The work environment includes indoor and outdoor restaurant and bar venues within a luxury resort setting. Employees may be exposed to varying noise levels, temperatures, and high guest volumes.
