Qualifications

• One to two years of previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Guest engagement skills to effectively develop guest rapport and ensure strong outlet success in achieving high level of guest comment card scores consistently above benchmark
• Restaurant floor presence skills, food and beverage knowledge and attention to service standard compliance detail
• Inventory controls, understanding international wines, spirits, and beers
• Bar background, ability to understand innovative mixology programs
• Banquet experience is a plus
• Openness to an innovative approach and ability to showcase the craftsmanship
