Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. Open 24/7, we value passion for guest service and a collaborative culture that respects each other’s contributions.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in Food & Beverage and be flexible to mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in vibrant San Francisco.

• One to two years of previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.

• Restaurant floor presence skills, food and beverage knowledge and attention to service standard compliance detail
• Inventory controls, understanding international wines, spirits, and beers
• Bar background, ability to understand innovative mixology programs
• Banquet experience is a plus
• Openness to an innovative approach and ability to showcase the craftsmanship

The Role:

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Food & Beverage Managers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
