Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment.
• Superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

• Ability to lead and mentor restaurant teams and drive success.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest experiences, quality, and consistency.
• Oversee reservations, seating, and private events/Banquets to support growth.
• Collaborate on menus, wine lists, and offerings that align with upscale positioning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster positive relations with guests, staff, and vendors.
