Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience as a Restaurant GM.
• Startup/opening luxury hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Service-oriented with exceptional presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and grow a team of managers.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret P&L data.
• Open availability and flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for a full-service upscale restaurant.
• Lead staff to achieve operational and financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop and manage annual budget, marketing plans, and objectives.
• Monitor cost centers and optimize profitability and costs.
• Oversee F&B strategy and club programming initiatives.
• Hire, train, coach and perform employees' reviews, ensuring performance standards.
• Administer payroll, reporting, forecasts, and inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and employment regulations.
• Foster staff development and maintain service quality across outlets.
