Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of progressive experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Startup/opening of luxury hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Service oriented style with exquisite professional presentations skills.
• Ability to lead and grow a team of managers.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Results-driven leader who is fearless about execution, is creative, can champion a vision and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for full-service upscale restaurant.
• Lead restaurant staff to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Manage budget, payroll, and inventory.
• Develop and implement F&B strategy and marketing initiatives.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with health standards.
