Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in hotel and restaurant management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full-service restaurant experience, 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Fluency in English; second language a plus.
• Proficiency with POS systems and purchasing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the designated restaurant.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department standards and Encore service standards.
• Drive restaurant strategy aligned with Encore Boston Harbor goals.
