Job summary

Fairmont Dallas in the Arts District of downtown Dallas seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee Pyramid Restaurant operations. You will lead service teams, ensure adherence to standards, and coordinate with the front desk and kitchen to optimize guest experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in a luxury restaurant supervisory position, English fluency, and food-handling certification. Benefits include PTO, insurance, and career development.

Qualifications

• Prefer College degree.
• High school graduate or vocational training certificate, some college.
• Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• 1-2 years experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager/Supervisor, preferably a Luxury style restaurant.
• Food handling certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pyramid Restaurant operations per hotel standards.
• Directs, implements and maintains service and management philosophy for staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure proper grooming/attire.
• Coordinate with Front Desk on house counts and reservations.
• Prepare weekly schedules and adjust for demand.
