Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Barn Restaurant at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas. You will oversee a diverse dining operation including buffet and Italian and Latin concepts, ensuring high standards and efficient service.

Responsibilities include staff development, schedules, food safety, and maintaining guest spaces. Candidates should have prior restaurant supervision, FOH experience, and relevant certifications;

Qualifications

• Supervising experience required.
• One year’s experience in restaurants or banquet service operations.
• Front of house experience preferred.
• Beverage service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, train, coach, discipline and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports.
• Create schedules and approve employees’ time, time off and shift changes.
• Direct staff to maintain policy and standards and ensure customer service excellence.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and service levels.
• Conduct preshift and departmental meetings; manage inventories and ordering.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper atmosphere in guest spaces; maintain associate engagement.
