Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Maintain high food quality standards, ensuring consistency in presentation and taste.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor food inventory, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste.
