The role emphasizes leadership, cost control, and collaboration with service staff to maintain a premier resort dining program at our Paradise Valley location.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen management and leadership.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to train and develop culinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the elements kitchen.
• Train, supervise and motivate kitchen staff.
• Monitor food quality, consistency and cost controls.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Prepare schedules and manage inventory and ordering.
