Job summary

Sanctuary Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley, AZ, seeks a Server Assistant to support the Food & Beverage team in delivering attentive, elevated dining experiences. You assist servers with guest service, table preparation and maintenance, food and beverage delivery, and other service needs while maintaining a warm, friendly, and professional presence.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate excellent guest service and communication.
• Ability to listen effectively and follow service standards.
• Flexibility to work a hospitality schedule including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with guest service, water service, and replenishment.
• Provide bread service and support order delivery.
• Set up and stock service stations at start and during service.
• Bus tables, reset stations, and assist with course removal when directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold health/safety standards.
