Sanctuary Camelback Mountain is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead and mentor service teams across In Room Dining and Pool outlets. You will ensure exceptional guest service, high standards, and operational excellence in a luxury resort setting.

You will partner with Culinary and other departments to optimize menus, events, and guest experiences while maintaining financial results and staffing. A strong background in hospitality leadership is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Food Handler’s Card and Title IV Liquor License required.
• 3–5 years hospitality supervisor/management experience in upscale, full-service settings.
