Job summary

Pebble Beach Company seeks a skilled Bartender to deliver prompt, courteous beverage and food service at the bar and dining room. You will prepare espresso drinks, accurately issue premium wines, and work as part of a collaborative team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar inventory, operating POS, handling cash/credit transactions, and supporting events with setup and breakdown while upholding Pebble Beach’s safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification and Food Safety certifications.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, garnishes, and proper glassware.
• Demonstrates speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service at the bar and dining room.
• Handle bar operations, espresso beverages, and wine service as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of wines, liquors, and beer pars; assist with inventory.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Set up and break down bar for events; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Monitor guest behavior and escalate as needed to management.
• Assist servers and support staff to ensure timely, quality service.
